The appointment for my express oil change took less than an hour. I spent the time in the clean, well-spaced waiting room, reading. Additionally, I was texted by the technician who was working on my car telling me I could be in touch with him at any time. The staff where I checked in and out were very efficient as well. The price I paid for a fully synthetic oil change was very reasonable.
Impressed. For starters, I am not a fan of dealerships, salesmen, and getting a loan for anything.
