Then ten years ago I purchased a CRV. I now am a proud owner of a HRV Honda Touring that I’m enjoying so much. It’s taking me a little bit to learn all the fancy things it has on it. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Honda of Bellingham when I purchased a used car. John found a great car for me and Ryan accommodated my special financial situation regarding my stolen car and rental car expiration. When I picked up my car several guys were holding a long Congratulations banner. You’d think I would have bought an expensive new car instead of a used one. I really felt valued as a customer. I hadn’t planned on continuing to get my Suburu serviced there, but I will.


I was looking to add a front hood cover (named a Bra in the old days) for my new Honda CRV. Also to see some other detail options. Everyone in the Parts and Service deptment couldn't of been nicer to work with, understanding why it was important to me to make this car feel like mine, and not just one off the assembly line. Even though I didn't buy my car at their Honda dealership, I definetly am making them my go to service Honda location for continued parts and service.

On my last visit for maintenance service this team went above & beyond to accommodate me. I’m handicapped with joints that need replacing. I was struggling getting into the shuttle vehicle but with their help I made it. I’m very grateful to them for their help.

Had a pretty bad experience at a different Honda dealer that was making me wish I hadn't bought a Honda. I went to the bham one for service now twice and it has been way better. They are kinda and easy going. I believe the advisor I've had is Cat, and she is wonderful. They know what they're talking about. Service was done in a timely manner. Shuttle was available and was prompt at pick up. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received this far.

Buying a used vehicle is always somewhat of a risk, but this purchase felt reassuring.

Always treated well. Work is done very well, and quickly, staff are professional and friendly. No upsell or false problems to pad the cost. Every experience with them is positive.

The service team is always friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable, with coffee, cocoa and cider. Restrooms are clean and there's wi-fi and phone charging stations, with jacks available as well. They don't wash your car because they're within the Whatcom Creek watershed, but they give you a free carwash at a place on Sunset Dr. I went to the car wash afterwards and they accepted my voucher and waved me on in.

Employees were very friendly, had answers to any questions I had, and were out to help me right away!

I went in readying myself to be overcharged. And I was already feeling frustrated that Honda has acknowledged issues for my CRV which I bought new in 2017. They said they would charge $150 for just the diagnostic. They kept my car all day and I was very surprised when I was told my issue was covered by Honda, even the diagnostic fee (fuel injectors had to be replaced causing all dash warning lights to be on). I was also very happy with the service that everyone provided. I even messaged the mechanic if I could send a tip via Venmo and ...
