In addition to those standard features, also keep an eye out for more enjoyable exterior elements like heated body-color power side mirrors with turn signal indicators, a body-color decklid spoiler, or a one-touch power moonroof. 2020 Honda Civic Interior Features Overview

The 2020 Honda Civic Overview comes standard with a color LCD screen that measures in at five inches diagonally in the base model, while all higher trim levels include a seven-inch high-resolution electrostatic touchscreen display. Other available entertainment features include speed-sensitive volume compensation, an eight-speaker 180 watt sound system, and the HondaLink® infotainment system.

Moving onto comfort and convenience, you'll find automatic climate control air conditioning standard in the 2020 Civic, with some trim levels offering dual-zone options for even more precise control. Watch out for more impressive available features like an automatic-dimming rear view mirror, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifting knob, push button start and more. Honda has provided drivers with an amazingly comfortable vehicle for anyone looking to upgrade in the near future with the 2020 Civic.

The 2020 Civic sedan has enough seating to comfortably fit five individuals, and you'll find optional comfort features including leather-trimmed seating, heated front and outboard seats, and an eight-way power adjusting driver's seat in some trim levels of the vehicle. While the base level LX features a fold-down rear seatback, all trim levels beyond that feature 60/40 split folding rear seats, perfect for when you need just that much more extra space storing something in your trunk.

2020 Honda Civic Performance Overview

The 2020 Civic comes equipped with a 16-valve DOHC in-line four-cylinder engine, with some trim levels featuring an improved turbocharged version of the engine. With the LX and Sport trim levels, you'll be able to reach up to 158 horsepower with 138 lb.-ft. of torque. If you decide to opt for one of the higher trim levels with the improved engine, that number will jump up to 174 horsepower and 162 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine also features multi-point fuel injection as well as an Eco Assist™ system.

Additionally, there are a trio of transmission options available to you. First you'll find a six-speed manual transmission that comes standard in the Sport trim level, and should impress drivers by giving you precise control over your vehicle's gear shifting. Additionally, you'll find a manual continuously variable transmission available to drivers in some trim levels, along with the continuously variable automatic transmission many have come to know and love.

2020 Honda Civic Safety Features Overview

The terms Honda and safety always go hand in hand, and there's a lot to love in the 2020 Civic. Each model of this year's Civic comes outfitted with the Honda Sensing® safety system, consisting of features like road departure mitigation, lane keeping assist, forward collision warning and more. This combination of systems works in tandem to keep your drive as safe as possible for both you and all your passengers.

In addition to the Honda Sensing® systems, there are many more safety features both active and passive found in the vehicle. Available standard on the Civic sedan are features like brake assist, LED daytime running lights, child-proof rear door locks and more. There are two features that are found only available in some trim levels: Honda LaneWatch™ and the multi-angle rear view camera with dynamic guidelines. These features are both great to have, but neither are considered integral, so even the base model will let you rest assured that you're in the safest hands possible.
