First visit wasn’t the best, very short and I didn’t feel the salesman took me seriously. Which was confirmed when I went back three days later to look again. This time speaking with a different salesman (who was great) but couldn’t find any of my information in the system from my previous visit. Overall experience was pleasant, especially with the new salesman listening to my needs with a vehicle and providing amazing customer service. I would certainly recommend Northwest Honda.
From negotiating the deal to the signing, Morocco was excellent. He was careful to show me all the bells and whistles of the car and how everything worked - and not having had a new car in a long time, there was much to tell. I appreciated his attention to all the details, his friendliness and his general helpfulness. Camille was also very thorough, helpful and friendly at the signing of the contract.
My wife has been taking her car do you guys for years we love your your service and I just took my car yesterday and it was the same. Perfect as always you guys rock!!!!

I have to say, I usually don't wait months for a car and color to be delivered, but Gavin and John both helped move the process along even though I had to wait for a 2016 Honda Fit in Passion Berry (probably the rarest of Fits to get). Appreciated the follow up and giving me updates along the way. We have been thinking about a new Honda Ridgeline for about a year. I met Rudy on a previous visit to the dealership, and told him we were interested in a 2020.
